APPOINTMENT REQUESTS
When you request an appointment, that request is a petition — not an automatically confirmed booking. The doctor has discretion to accept, decline, or reschedule. Any financial arrangement, insurance coverage, or service rendered is directly between you and the doctor. NavegAIMED is not responsible for missed appointments.

YOUR ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old (or 13-17 with parent/guardian consent). Provide truthful information. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not: impersonate another person, request appointments in bad faith (bots, spam), interfere with the Services, scrape data automatically, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

PRIVACY
We share with the selected doctor your name, phone, email, medical plan, and appointment notes — only to process your request. We do not sell your personal information. Full details at navegaimed.org/privacy-policy/

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVEGAIMED AND ALTERNA AGENCY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
