“NavegAImed” website operated by FP Health Services LLC (the "Company"), a limited liability
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

By accessing or using the Navegaimed website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by this
Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and of
the United States of America. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance
of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must immediately cease
using the Website.

2. Website Purpose and Functionality

NavegAImed is a trade mark referring to the contents of the Website, such as text, images,
original or reprinted materials, and hyperlinks, designed to provide information about
certain healthcare professionals that have chosen to share their profile on the Website,
including their practice areas and locations, to facilitate access to the public to submit
requests for their services (the “Participating Professionals”) and engage in other
interactive features.

The Website is not intended to be an advertisement or solicitation. However, the Website may
provide links to third-party web sites and the Company may agree to allow advertisers to
respond to certain search terms with advertisements or sponsored content. The Company does
not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites.

The Company is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed
within the Website, third-party sites provided as search results, or third-party
advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy.
Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions
of use for such sites.

The Company does not endorse any product, service, or treatment advertised on the Website,
including information posted by and/or in connection with the Participating Professionals.

It is not intended to provide and/or be a substitute for medical advice or opinions, and its
users are expected not to rely on information found in the Website to make medical decisions
or take action.

for general information purposes only. The Company has not screened the Participating
Professionals and their inclusion in the Website does not mean that these professionals are
the only ones available in their regions and in their practice areas.

The Website is not a referral service; the Company does not evaluate or determine your
healthcare needs and does not evaluate or determine if the Participating Professionals are
the right choice to treat you.

The Company does not recommend or endorse any specific healthcare services, procedures,
texts, physicians, process or other information that may be listed or mentioned in the
Website or found through the Website, including the Participating Professionals.

Reliance on information provided by the Website or the Participating Professionals or others
appearing in the Website is solely at your own risk.

The Website does not provide direct communication with any medical services.

3. Patient-Physician Relationship

The Participating Physicians have policies and procedures for providing appointments and
later entering into a relationship with their patients. Your use of this Website does not
create that relationship.

4. User-Generated Content; Privacy and Confidentiality

The Website may allow you to submit, post, or share content, such as personal identifiers,
medical history, comments, inquiries, or other materials (collectively, "User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant The Company a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,
worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and
display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Website or The Company’s
NavegAImed services.

You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit. The Company reserves the right
to review, refuse to post, or remove any User Content in its sole discretion, for any
reason, at any time, without prior notice to you.

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its clients'
information. Any personal or confidential information submitted through the Website will be
handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Puerto Rico, as well as
applicable federal laws.

The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect client information.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos,
images, and software, are the property of the Company and/or are used by authorization
provided by a third party.

In either case, they are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative
works from the Website or its content without prior written consent.

copyright infringement and is accessible on the Website, you may submit a notification

When contacting a Participating Professional through this Website, your information is
transmitted through a medium that may be beyond the control of the Company and its
suppliers.

The Company does not make any promises or representations regarding the delivery of your
information to the Participating Professionals and does not assume responsibility or
liability for any delay, failure, interruption or corruption of any data or other
information transmitted through the Website.

The Company provides the Website and its content "as is" and without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Company, its partners, employees, and
affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees).

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access
to the Website at any time without prior notice.

10. Passwords

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and promptly notifying the
Company if your account is compromised.

11. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Company.

12. User Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using The Company's Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree
to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement.
