By accessing or using the Navegaimed website (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and of the United States of America. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must immediately cease using the Website.
NavegAImed is a trade mark referring to the contents of the Website, such as text, images, original or reprinted materials, and hyperlinks, designed to provide information about certain healthcare professionals that have chosen to share their profile on the Website, including their practice areas and locations, to facilitate access to the public to submit requests for their services (the “Participating Professionals”) and engage in other interactive features.
The Website is not intended to be an advertisement or solicitation. However, the Website may provide links to third-party web sites and the Company may agree to allow advertisers to respond to certain search terms with advertisements or sponsored content. The Company does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites.
The Company is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within the Website, third-party sites provided as search results, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites.
The Company does not endorse any product, service, or treatment advertised on the Website, including information posted by and/or in connection with the Participating Professionals.

The Company does not recommend or endorse any specific healthcare services, procedures, texts, physicians, process or other information that may be listed or mentioned in the Website or found through the Website, including the Participating Professionals. Reliance on information provided by the Website or the Participating Professionals or others appearing in the Website is solely at your own risk.

The Participating Physicians have policies and procedures for providing appointments and later entering into a relationship with their patients. Your use of this Website does not create that relationship.

By submitting User Content, you grant The Company a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Website or The Company’s NavegAImed services.

The Company provides the Website and its content “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall The Company, its partners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Company, its partners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time for any reason without prior notice.
Upon termination or suspension, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and any associated services. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to the Website.
The Website has several tools that allow you to record and store information. You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your passwords or accounts.

a. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
